Change of use from hotel to residential use, comprising of nine self-contained units, with the erection of a single storey rear extension.
We were appointed to extend the rear ground floor of the building, and re-design the internal layouts to form nine flats – the brief was also to landscape the rear of the property and re-design the outbuilding.
