Erection of a part single/part two storey rear extension to three terraced houses in order to accommodate commercial units at ground level and residential flats above.
We were briefed to extend the rear of the three terraced houses with mixed use and to re-design the internal layouts to increase the number of flats – the brief was also to landscape the rear and design the outbuilding.
