Change of use from offices/bank to: a mixed use of commercial units at ground floor level; three residential flats on the first floor, with balconies; the erection of a new second floor with three residential flats, with balconies; the erection of a part single storey, part two storey rear extension; and new windows and doors including a new access to the front.
Perceptions was appointed for the conversion of the existing office block into flats with balconies. We were responsible for the internal redesign of the existing building incorporating the new mixed use; commercial use on the ground floor and residential flats above.
