Perceptions was founded in the year 2000 by RIBA Chartered architect Maria Gloria Grant. Since then, we have specialised in pragmatic and creative architectural designs across the spectrum in residential, educational, leisure and commercial sectors, as well as undertaking the interior design.
Perceptions have been working on high quality bespoke new builds, residential extensions and refurbishments, including listed buildings which require close attention to detail and methods of construction. We give each project, regardless of size and complexity, our individual detailed attention throughout all stages of the project.
As a result we have a long and successful history of responding to our clients’ needs, all of whom are advised on the best options for their project, such as the planning design, procurements and building construction suitable for their development. We deliver all our projects on time and within the budget.
